Ordering
How do I place an order ?
Orders can be emailed to info@bennettsprinting.com.au.
How long will my order take?
We do our best to have orders produced small runs within 3 working days. Additional production time may be necessary for large orders and during peak periods. Estimates can be given at the time of order.
Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us at info@bennettsprinting.com.au or call (02) 4782 2514.
Please note, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order that has already been processed for production.
Payment
What payment methods can I choose from?
We accept payment by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD only) or direct deposit into our bank account.
Can I set up a payment account?
We require payment in full upon collection of your order, unless advise otherwise.
Accounts setup is at the discretion of Bennetts Printing.
Do your prices include GST?
Our quoted prices always include GST.
Paper Options
What paper types/brands do you use?
We stock a variety of paper and boards from different suppliers. Our ranges can change due to price and availability.
Occasionally paper or card stocks may become unavailable, and substitutions may be required.
Can I supply my own paper?
It is best to get in contact with us to discuss this option, as not all papers are suitable for digital printing.
Artwork Submission
How do I submit my artwork?
You can email files direct to us at info@bennettsprinting.com.au.
If you file is too large to email, we welcome Dropbox and WeTransfer links.
What program should I use to create my artwork?
Adobe Creative Cloud is best for creating print ready artwork. Other free online programs are available.
Keep in mind that some programs such as MS Word, do not create high resolution CMYK files.
How do I create a print ready file?
There are many tutorials online and it is always best to utilised paid creative suites.
Alternatively, contact us and we can discuss our graphic design options.
What format should I supply my artwork in?
Print ready artwork should be supplied as a PDF file, in CMYK and with 3mm bleeds and crop marks.
Do you offer guideline templates?
We can supply some standard template files. Please contact us to discuss.

Do you deliver?
Absolutely! Delivery is available Australia wide. Price is based on order size and location.
